Dear Students,
we would like to inform you that the International Relations Office has announced an additional recruitment round for students under the Erasmus+ program for the summer semester 2024/2025.
Applications will be processed by the International Relations Office (IRO) on an ongoing basis, in the order they were received until there are places available or up to the nomination deadline of the host university. The final decision on whether the candidate can be accepted will be made by the host university.
Documents can be sent to International Office before October 16th.
As for now mobility can take place without a guarantee of a scholarship. The decision on granting the UW additional funding for the Erasmus mobilities should be made in December 2024.
Scholarship amount:
- 670 EUR per month – Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, Italy;
- 600 EUR per month – Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary.
Attention! If the UW is granted insufficient funding, priority will be given to applicants who were not eligible to apply for an Erasmus mobility in the first round (in Spring) i.e. students who will be enrolled in the 2nd year of BA studies, 2nd year of long-cycle MA studies or 1st year of MA studies in 2024/25 a.y.
Who can take part?
- students with at least one year of completed university studies
- students with GPA (grade point average) of at least 3,49 for the last academic year (2023/24)* is mandatory and
not more than 1 conditional pass is allowed; - students with language competence at the level required by the host university (list of accepted certificates)
- priority will be given to students whose field of study corresponds to the field of study foreseen in the
Erasmus+ interinstitutional agreement with the host university (see the attached list of available places,
grouped according to particular departments/ fields of study); - students who have already been assigned an Erasmus mobility in this year’s first round of applications
(Spring 2024) CANNOT apply.

- Application form – signed by Faculty Mobility Coordinator – DOWNLOAD HERE
- A certificate with your GPA calculated for the last academic year and a certificate stating whether or not you are conditionally enrolled for the current year – to be received in Student’s Office
- Documents confirming sufficient proficiency in the language of instruction at the host university
- Declaration of whether you have participated in ERASMUS+ and/or Erasmus Mundus mobilities before, while studying at UW or other universities – DOWNLOAD HERE
