Bilateral Exchange – summer semester 2024/2025

We are delighted to announce the call for bilateral exchange for the upcoming spring semester 2024/2025.

The deadline for recruitment is October, 10^th. Documents submitted after this period will not be proceeded. Please be sure to prepare all the necessary documents.

Please pay attention:

PUC-Rio (Brazil) requires you to pay an administrative cost for your exchange (approximately 150 euro onetime payment) . In PUC-Rio student will have to appear in a Portuguese Language test and attend a Portuguese Language class.
Students who are apply to National Taiwan University and Kyungpook National University will have limited time to apply to the system. Please be ready with all the required documents.
Only Xi’an International Studies University among all the Chinese universities accepts students with Chinese Nationality.
If you are a student of last year of studies please prepare an approval from the thesis supervisor for mobility in summer semester.

Remember that selection at Faculty of Political Science and International Studies does not mean automatically acceptance in the host university. Students must apply directly to the host university to be selected for the bilateral exchange.

Language requirements:

All students who are going for a semester exchange abroad in the university where the mode of teaching is English should have a proficiency level of B2. Waseda University requires English language proficiency certificate.

How to submit documents:

Please submit the filled and signed required documents ONLY IN PERSON in room 309 of the Auditorium Building during office hours. The deadline is Thursday, 10^th of October, 14:00. Application that lacking any required documents will not be accepted.

Results will be announced on October 15^th, 2024.
