Profil kandydata
O wyjazd w ramach programu wymian bilateralnych mogą ubiegać się tylko studenci, którzy uzyskali w toku studiów średnią nie mniejszą niż 3,49. Studenci ze średnią poniżej 3,49 mogą wyjechać, za specjalną zgodą Kierownika Studiów. Średnią dla studentów I stopnia jest średnia z roku studiów poprzedzającego kwalifikację, dla II stopnia – z dyplomu I stopnia.
Udział w programach wymiany
O wyjazd w ramach programu wymian bilateralnych mogą ubiegać się:
✓ Studenci studiów I stopnia – 2 rok (wyjazd: 3 rok, semestr zimowy lub letni)
✓ Studenci studiów I stopnia – 3 rok (wyjazd: 1 rok studiów II stopnia w semestrze letnim), pod warunkiem udokumentowania kontynuowania nauki na studiach II stopnia na kierunku administrowanym przez WNPiSM
✓ Studenci studiów II stopnia – 1 rok (wyjazd: 2 rok, semestr zimowy lub letni)

Certyfikaty językowe
Znajomość języka obcego, poziom jego biegłości oraz typ certyfikatu powinien być zgodny z wymogami wybranych uczelni. Dokładne wymogi powinny znajdować się na stronie internetowej wybranej uczelni. Obowiązkiem studenta jest zapoznanie się z wymogami uczelni partnerskiej.
Wybór uczelni
Student wybiera maksymalnie trzy uczelnie z listy umów WNPiSM w kolejności od najbardziej do najmniej preferowanej, mając na względzie wymaganą biegłość językową i ofertę przedmiotów uczelni przyjmującej. Studenci wszystkich kierunków administrowanych przez WNPiSM posiadają równy dostęp do wszystkich umów Wydziału.
Regulamin wyjazdu
Obowiązkiem studenta jest zapoznanie się z Regulaminem Wyjazdu przed wysłaniem aplikacji rekrutacyjnej na wymianę w ramach programu umów bilateralnych.
Składanie dokumentów
Rekrutacja na wymianę w ramach programu umów bilateralnych na rok akademicki 2026/2027 odbędzie się w dniach od 02 do 06 lutego 2026 roku.
Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone 16 lutego 2026 roku. Lista osób wstępnie zakwalifikowanych na wyjazd pojawi się w zakładce Ogłoszenia.
Dokumenty należy składać osobiście – w pokoju 309 w Budynku Audytoryjnym w godzinach urzędowania.
Okres składania odwołań od decyzji komisji: 17 lutego – 2 marca 2026
Okres na dostarczenie dokumentu „Zgłoszenie kandydata na wyjazd”: 3-6 marca 2026
Warunki kwalifikacji dla:
Studentów posiadających obywatelstwo inne niż państw UE lub EOG
Student posiadający obywatelstwo inne niż państwa członkowskiego Unii Europejskiej lub Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego ma obowiązek, w związku z planowanym pobytem jako uczestnik programu wymian bilateralnych, sprawdzić zasady odnoszące się do wjazdu na terytorium kraju przyjmującego.
Studentów studiów płatnych
Studenci studiów płatnych administrowanych przez WNPiSM są zobligowani do uregulowania płatności czesnego za studia na kierunku realizowanym na WNPISM również za okres wymiany.
Studentów III roku studiów I stopnia
Studenci III roku studiów I stopnia mogą warunkowo uczestniczyć w kwalifikacji. Warunkiem wyjazdu jest udokumentowanie kontynuowania nauki na studiach II stopnia na kierunkach administrowanych przez WNPiSM.
Wyjazd możliwy jest tylko w semestrze letnim. W uzasadnionych wypadkach Pełnomocnik Dziekana ds. współpracy międzynarodowej i programów badawczych oraz Koordynator ds. mobilności, po zasięgnięciu opinii Prodziekana ds. studenckich/Kierownika Jednostki Dydaktycznej, mogą udzielić zgody na wyjazd w semestrze zimowym I roku studiów II stopnia.
Uczestników Szkół Doktorskich (doktorantów)
Uczestnicy Szkół Doktorskich są uprawnieni do udziału w kwalifikacji, o ile:
– umowa z uczelnią przyjmującą dotyczy wymiany studentów III stopnia studiów oraz właściwej dyscypliny naukowej;
– posiadać będą zgodę promotora i Dyrektora Szkoły Doktorskiej. Doktoranci mogą uczestniczyć w projekcie badawczym, muszą jednak podczas pobytu w uczelni przyjmującej uczęszczać na zajęcia i uzyskać wymaganą liczbę punktów uzgodnioną na piśmie z promotorem i Dyrektorem Szkoły Doktorskiej (jeżeli dotyczy) oraz między uczelniami (w ramach Learning Agreement). Minimalna liczba punktów ECTS (po przeliczeniu) to co najmniej 10 na semestr.
Bilateral Exchange Recruitment
Candidate’s profile
Only students with a minimum average of 3.49 can apply for the bilateral exchange programme. Students with an average below 3.49 can leave with the special permission of the Head of Studies. The average for first-degree students is the average from the year of studies preceding the qualification, for second-degree students – from the first-degree diploma.
Participation in exchange programs
Bilateral exchange program students may apply for departure:
✓ Undergraduate students – 2nd year → Mobility: 3rd year winter or summer semester
✓ Undergraduate students – 3rd year → Mobility: 1st year summer semester (provided that
continuation of studies in a Master’s degree programme at WNPiSM is documented)
✓ Graduate students – 1st year → Mobility: 2nd year (winter or summer semester)

The knowledge of a foreign language, its level and type of certificate should be in accordance with the requirements of the selected university. The exact requirements should be available on the website of the selected university. It is the student’s responsibility to get acquainted with the requirements of the partner university.
Choice of the university
The student selects a maximum of three universities from the list of WNPiSM agreements in order from most to least preferred, taking into account the required language proficiency and subject offer of the host university. Students from all majors administered by WNPiSM have equal access to all Faculty agreements.
Regulations for Participation in the Exchange Programme
It is the student’s responsibility to familiarize himself/herself with the Regulations of Bilateral Exchange before submitting a recruitment application for an exchange under the program of the bilateral agreement.
Submission of documents
Recruitment for the exchange program under bilateral agreements for the academic year 2026/2027 will take place from 2 to 6 February 2026.
The results will be announced on 16 February 2026.
Documents should be submitted in person – in room 309 in Auditorium Building during office hours.
Appeal period for the committee’s decision: February 17 – March 2, 2026
Eligibility conditions for:
Students with citizenship other than EU or EEA countries
Students with citizenship other than that of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area are required, in connection with their intended stay as a participant in a bilateral exchange programme, to check the rules relating to entry to the territory of the host country.
Tuition fee-paying students
Students of paid studies administered by WNPiSM are obliged to pay the tuition fees for the course of study at WNPISM also for the period of the exchange.
Third-year undergraduate students
Third-year students of first-cycle (Bachelor’s) studies may participate in the qualification
process conditionally. A condition for participation in the exchange programme is
documented continuation of studies in second-cycle (Master’s) degree programmes
administered by WNPiSM.
Participation in the exchange programme is possible only in the summer semester. In justified
cases, the Dean’s Plenipotentiary for International Cooperation and Research Programmes
and the Mobility Coordinator, after obtaining the opinion of the Vice-Dean for Student
Affairs / Director of the Didactic Unit, may grant permission for participation in the exchange
programme in the winter semester of the first year of second-cycle studies.
Doctoral School participants (doctoral students)
Participants of Doctoral Schools are entitled to participate in the qualification, provided that:
- the agreement with the host university relates to the exchange of third-level students and the relevant academic discipline;
- they will have the approval of the supervisor and the Director of the Doctoral School. Doctoral students may participate in a research project, but during their stay at the host university, they must attend classes and obtain the required number of credits as agreed in writing with the supervisor and the Director of the Doctoral School (if applicable) and between the universities (within the Learning Agreement).
The minimum number of ECTS credits (after conversion) is at least 10 per semester.
